We have two primary constituencies: (1) homeless people and (2) members and leaders of the San Francisco Bay Area interfaith community. Additionally, numerous individual and organizational members of the broader Bay Area community have historically played a major role with Religious Witness by joining our efforts in pursuit of our common goals.
Through the years we have all joined together in our numerous public
events and strategies to change the unjust societal structures that cause
and perpetuate homelessness and to replace inhumane policies with those
that recognize the dignity and value of every poor and homeless individual. |

Each of our events includes the active participation of our homeless sisters and brothers, both in the planning and implementation of these actions. |
